Refund and Return Policy

At Contraband Supply Unlimited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligible Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items without original tags or in worn/washed condition
  • Undergarments or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship the return to the address provided

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of use or are missing tags.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • We'll cover return shipping for defective items

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend:

  • Tracking your shipment
  • Requiring a signature for delivery
  • Filing a claim with the shipping carrier if your package is lost

Print-on-Demand Items

Please note that some of our products are made-to-order through print-on-demand partners. These items may have different return policies or longer processing times. Any special conditions will be noted on the product page.
